Exercise schedule.

Well I am a member of a gym and they hold classes so I can go to them exept I prefer to just go work out on my own. I havn't been going very much lately though so I am making a goal that I have to at least go three times a week.
I also have to go for a walk EVERY day.
At the gym I am to go on the rowing machine for 15 minutes, the bikes for 10 and the treadmill for 10. After that I get 15 minutes to do whatever and then I will go inot the sauna and steam room.My gym membership doesnt start for another 2 weeks so I will just pay each time but maybee not three times a week. Untill then I will go for swims, walks and bikerides.
